i am try 3-4 type hard reset but not solve my problem

then i try this and solve my problem

1-Turn off your phone then remove your battery.

2- Hold the volume down (-) button

3-Without the battery and while holding the volume down button, now connect your phone to the computer using the micro USB

4-Watch for the phone to come on and the light on the bottom buttoms blink then touch the menu buttons for 2 seconds.

5-Release both keys, Volume button+Menu button

6-Wait for the android logo to appear and it will eventually go to reset

7-Wait until it's done.

8-Then you're done remove the phone to the computer then put the battery on.

9-Now you just have successfully reset your phone.
